They produce more and more environmentally-friendly T-shirts in order to reduce waste and they recycle whenever possible.

Each mono & mona´s T-shirt and sweatshirt is a unique piece that has been specially made for you. All items purchased in our USA online store have been produced in the USA. When receiving your order, your invoice will reflect the number of people who have worked to produce your T-shirt or sweatshirt .
mono & mona´s T-shirts and sweatshirts are produced by our partner Spreadshirt. The way from the pattern design to the final result is one to involving a lot of manual craftsmanship and passion for detail.
Some 300 co-workers at four production sites that our partner Spreadshirt have in Europe and the USA are responsible for printing our T-shirts and sweatshirts. The products are inspected and routine-tested before being dispatched to all corners of the world. And if there is ever reason for complaint, our friendly customer service will support any queries in 6 languages. As soon that you receive the email confirmation of your purchase you are already in contact Customer Service. You can respond to this confirmation email with any doubt you may have.

Fair work and production conditions
Our Partner Spreadshirt requires its suppliers to provide fair work and production conditions within their capability. This includes, among other labor standards, the assured prevention of child labor and the guarantee of fair payment. To ensure these standards, they work with suppliers who bindingly sign our Social Code of Conduct, or provide similar binding assurances of their own. In addition, Spreadshirt works to gather detailed information about the supplier’s production conditions (Social Audit Reports, reports on local incidents tested by other textile processors).
RESPONSIBILITY TO THE ENVIRONMENT
Sustainability is close to our heart, for both us and our partner Spreadshirt that produce environmentally-friendly T-shirts in order to reduce waste and we recycle whenever possible. An important step here was the manufacturing of their own clothes. This gives them the opportunity to exert an influence on the origin and production of the T-shirts we are printing on. The T-shirts printed on clothes made by Spreadshirt offers our customers, for example, the possibility of continuing the production of garments thanks to the DNA codes printed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Normally, goods are shipped within a few days and typical delivery times are 2-4 days, but in certain circumstances shipment and delivery can take up to three weeks. Customers and our partner Spreadshirt may separately agree to more specific delivery times and terms in a separate writing or agreement (such as a request for express shipping).
Our partner Spreadshirt will make delivery using a shipment service provider of its choosing. The customer must pay standard shipping costs which may depend on order value and shipping destinations. Current information is available at Spreadshirt’s website.

We offer an Express Shipping option for delivery to the 48 contiguous states. Your order will enter production the following business day and take 1 business day to be produced and shipped out. Once the Express Shipping order leaves our facility, it will be delivered on the following business day.
If you want to get a faster shipping method, then you would need to either get in touch with us before your order begins production to process a shipping upgrade or you would need to cancel this order and place a new one with the upgraded shipping method.
Please note that we have very short processing times. To find out if your order has started production, please log into your account and check the status. You can log in with your email address and your order password. If you’ve placed your order as a guest, you can follow the link in your order confirmation email to look into it.

Note: Once an order has shipped, we are not able to change the shipping method, i.e. Premium to Express.
If your order has not started production but you are unable to call us to upgrade your shipping, then the best thing to do would be to cancel your order by clicking on the red “Cancel” button. This will result in the funds for this order being returned to your original payment method. You are then welcome to place a new order online at your convenience, selecting the appropriate shipping method to suit your current needs.
Guaranteed: 30 Day Fair Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 30 days. We’ll be happy to refund your money or give you a merchandise credit whenever the product is in the same conditions as sent.
If the prints do not live up to your expectations or contains printing errors or defective goods, we will of course take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product.
